Thank you for shopping with Studio 81. We partner with Gelato, a global print-on-demand fulfillment provider, to produce and ship many of our products. Please review the shipping policy below to understand how orders are processed, fulfilled, and delivered.
Order Processing Time
- All products are made to order.
- Standard processing time is 1–3 business days before shipment.
- During peak seasons or high-volume periods, processing may extend to 3–7 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when your order has shipped.
Fulfillment & Production
- Studio 81 uses Gelato’s global network of printing partners to produce orders as close as possible to the delivery address.
- This reduces shipping times, lowers environmental impact, and ensures high print quality.
- Production times may vary by product type (apparel, wall art, drinkware, etc.).
Shipping Rates & Fees
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
- The item(s) purchased
- Your delivery address
- The shipping method selected

- Rates are determined directly by our fulfillment partner and carrier services.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping windows (varies by destination and carrier):
- United States: 3–10 business days
- Canada: 5–12 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 3–12 business days
- Australia & International: 5–20 business days
Please note: These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary based on location, carrier, weather, and seasonal delays.
Tracking Your Order
- Most orders include tracking.
- You will receive tracking information via email once the shipping label is generated.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Multiple Shipments
Because products may be fulfilled by different Gelato production partners:
- Your order may arrive in separate packages.
- Shipping fees reflect the total cost of all shipments.
Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- Studio 81 is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If an order is returned to sender, the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties required by their country.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package is:
- Lost: Contact us so we can open an investigation with Gelato.
- Delayed: Please allow the full estimated window + 5 business days during peak seasons.
- Damaged: Email us with photos of the damage within 7 days of delivery.
We will work with Gelato to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
